Whilst there are many things in the Bible that might seem outdated and out of place in the modern day world, there are also lessons that can be learned from it that have never been more relevant. Respect

First and foremost, the Bible teaches us to show respect to every individual, regardless of who they are or where they come from. It means treating those around you with decency and honoring them regardless of how others have treated you.

Love Thy Neighbor

This basic principle from the Bible emphasizes the importance of showing love and kindness to everyone, regardless of any differences that you may have. This encourages empathy in people and harmony within communities, as well as said by the Church of Jesus Christ.

Forgiveness isn’t justifying someone else’s wrongdoing. It is letting go of the resentment and anger that it causes you to feel. By being able to forgive, you are able to let go of the things that you allow to hurt you and create space for healing.
