People really will charge whatever they want for movie memorabilia, and the people collecting these items are willing to hand over a blank check to get hold of them sometimes. As a result, the movie memorabilia market just feels unnecessarily expensive, but it’s certainly being paid for.
Sports Event Concessions
There aren’t many places in the world where mediocre food costs as much money as it does at a sporting event. Pick up a hot dog or a burger at a football game and you’re going to be paying three or four times the price as you would have done if you’d got something at a drive thru on the way.
